Shipping costs will be handled by buyer.
Normally your order will be shipped withing 1~2 business days after your payment is clear.
IMPORTANT!!! NO UPS DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES or SCHOOL P.O. BOXES
Important!!!
UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please do not use a P.O. Box for a shipping address in your order.
This will cause a delay in shipment date and delivery!
- Delivery confirmation (i.e. Signature requirement) is not requested by us, the shipper, but by the carriers.
- Signature requests are required if the carriers feel the neighborhood is unsafe to leave the package on the front porch.

Estimated Delivery Time
1. UPS Ground
- Typically 2 - 9 business days after shipping out in the 48 contiguous states for most origins / destinations.
- Estimated delivery time between Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories and the contiguous 48 states is approximately 3 to 6 weeks (most surface mail travels by ship).
- Estimated delivery time within Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories addresses is approximately 4 to 14 days.
2. USPS Priority Mail
- Typically 2 to 5 business days after shipping out to most locations in the 48 contiguous states for most origins / destinations. (Specific delivery standards may be available when postage is calculated). This is not a guaranteed service.
<Returns>
- If your product is defective or DOA, we will gladly exchange your item or give you store credit. Item must be returned with original packaging and we must be notified that you will be returning the item within 14 days of receiving your item.
- If for any reason you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please understand that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the buyers.
- You must first email or call us at sales@bestbookstand.com to inform us that you would like to do so. After you let us know, we will give you an RMA number for you to write on the box that we may identify you once we receive the package. Once we confirm that the package has been returned to the UPS and is in transit back to us, we will then refund your order.
